  • This video shows St. Catherine's Monastery, built in the sixth century a.d. on the traditional site of Moses' encounter with the burning bush, and sunrise on the summit of the traditional site of Mt. Sinai. The video also shows an evergreen bramble bush in the middle of the monastery with long, hanging branches that the monks say is from the same stock as Moses' burning bush.
